Welcome to The Homeless Health Exchange

The Homeless Health Exchange is committed to helping people get the health care that they need. At The Homeless Health Exchange we provide responsive NHS General Practice services (GP), designed to meet the needs of people who are homeless or in unstable accommodation; those who have come to Birmingham as refugees or to seek asylum. We work in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) to meet the needs of our patients.

We are a team of doctors, nurses, Mental Health, Outreach, Substance Misuse and health link workers and support staff who provide confidential health advice, treatment and support to people who are homeless. This includes those who are rough sleeping and those living in temporary accommodation
