Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

The practice is looking to develop an active Patient Participation Group (PPG) to ensure that the voice of patients is heard and acted upon. PPG’s are integral to the patient journey within the Practice, as PPG members work with the Practice Manager to give valuable feedback, suggestions and ideas of how services run from a patient’s perspective. The PPG members work to ensure feedback is given to patients about changes in service, what is happening within the practice and locally and how you, the patients can make a difference to your GP surgery.

If you are interested in being a member of our Patient Participation Group or would like to raise an issue or feedback, please call and ask to speak to the Practice Manager 0121 4653965 email to bsmhft.homelessprimarycare@nhs.net or complete the form below and we will reply to you.

Getting Your View

We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form below to provide your consent for this.
